Yes, sample orders are always welcome and there is no MOQ for the sample order. Test the quality before mass production, we prefer this way too.

Payment method: T/T, western union, online payment.Payment terms: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment for big order. It’s suggest 100% payment in advance for small order less than 1000USD in order to save bank charges

Q1. How to get a sample?
A: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and make sure what sample do you need.

A: We are manufacture of the brass floor drain, but customers trust us of the quality control and delivery day control, so we also do some trading, with these two years customers can not come to China, help us make more chance for business, and get good result on trading. Because we have many directly factories for long term cooperation.

A: Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.
Q5. What about the leading time?
A: In general, the leading time is about 15 to 25 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different order quantity will have different leading time.
